PHILOSOPHY
The Source Matters
Aromatic plants carry the character of where they grow. Soil, climate, elevation, and local growing traditions all shape the quality and personality of an essential oil.
We source directly from farms, small family producers, local gatherers, and artisanal distilleries whenever possible. We seek out plants grown where they naturally thrive, because terroir matters—and the finest aromas begin with the right source.
PROCESS
From Plant to Essence
Every aromatic begins with the plant itself. Depending on the botanical, we use careful methods such as steam or water distillation, while more delicate flowers may require other extraction techniques to preserve their natural character.
For our frankincense, fresh resin from Dhofar is hydro-distilled in copper alembics at our Oman distillery. The process is gravity-fed and carried out by hand, with cooling water reused to minimize waste. The result is an aromatic expression that stays true to the plant and its origin.
